FitMix Group Fitness and Personal Training of Valdosta offers fitness classes for men and women of all ages, such as small group fitness classes or one on one personal training, traditional fitness boot camps and strength training boot camps. FitMix started as a class only and we have evolved into into Body Sculpting, Kickboxing , Barre Above, Pilates, Tabata, HIIT training and Yoga – a "mix” of classes to help you gain the most out of your workouts.
